These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LiveHoroscope, operated by Vasuh Technologies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use LiveHoroscope.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free plan

A free account includes up to 2 horoscope profiles, a selection of essential reports, and a 7-day full-access trial of advanced reports along with limited complimentary AI chat time, as described on our Pricing page. Free-plan limits may change over time.

Paid plans & AI chat

  • We offer one-time, monthly and annual plans. The features, profile limits and included AI-chat minutes for each are shown on the Pricing page.
  • AI chat beyond any included minutes is charged on a pay-as-you-go basis at the rate shown on the Pricing page (currently ₹11 per minute, with a 10-minute minimum).
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Nature of the service

LiveHoroscope provides Vedic astrology charts, reports and AI-assisted guidance based on the Parashara system. Our content and AI responses are offered for guidance and self-reflection and may not always be accurate or complete. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility. We do not provide live astrologer consultations and do not sell physical products.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape content, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All software, design, text and report formats are the property of Vasuh Technologies or its licensors. The reports generated for your profiles are for your personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vasuh Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Termination

You may stop using LiveHoroscope at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
